Came in this morning to check on hearing aids for our 95-year-old mother. Jolynn the receptionist checked with Rod for a late-afternoon appointment and Rod agreed. Rod discussed the various hearing aid tests, and we ordered them before we left. They will hopefully be here Monday. My brother and I are looking forward to working with Rod to improve our mother’s hearing.

Nice people working there today.From the receptionist to the Dr himself.He did a hearing test for me today.He was pretty detailed in his patient summary with me.He wasn't just there sell me a hearing aid or the insurance company.I felt he was honest with his medical opinion on this test and even told me if my particular situation was the same in about 6 months from now then we could possibly think of other options at that time.So instead of just evaluating my situation he mentioned other factors that could have the same effects as of right now.So I will try and see him again at that time if issues are the same or get worse.Thankyou guys.GodBless.

I love classical music. Prior to my hearing aids Mozart sounded like banjo music. My new aids have allowed me to hear and enjoy classical music like I used to

Patient is a professional musician
Patient stated she loves her hearing aids. She was outdoors and heard the birds like she has never heard before. She took out her aids and only faintly heard them, she put them back in and was amazed and how much better she hears.
You fixed my fit problem right away when the prior individual said there was nothing that could be done. Also very pleased with the volme adjustment. I will definitely recommend you.
On behalf of our friend we would like to thank you for your prompt and wonderful service. He received aids in the mail from the VA and since he is in the Manor and not able to travel to get them fitted you volunteered to go to the Manor after office hours and get our friend set up properly.
